A.1) What are the system requirements?

A.2) I currently have TCAdmin, can I switch to Game Admin Panel and preserve my servers/clients?
We can preserve your current TCAdmin install for clients wishing to sign up for our reseller master license. We are unfortunately unable to preserve current servers for clients interested in clan licenses.
A.3) Can I purchase just your game server files?
We have spent several hundred dollars and plenty of work hours packaging and maintaining our server files. As a result, we do not sell our game server files or offer them as a standalone package.
A.4) Can I view the user manual or video tutorials if I am not a customer?
Game Admin Panel has worked hard to go above and beyond the normal services you would get from getting a license directly from TCAdmin. As a result, we are protecting our hard work and bandwidth from supporting the entire TCAdmin community. Our customer resources are what seperates us from other TCAdmin resellers.
A.5) How do I open a support ticket?
To open a support ticket, log into the billing section and click on the support tab.
A.6) What billing cycles do you accept?
We only accept monthly billing cycles due to the volatile nature of the game server provider business and clan communities.
